The No. 5 Northwestern boys basketball team takes on No. 12 Terryville in the second round of the Class S state tournament at Northwestern Regional High School. The game starts at 7.
The Highlanders (18-4, 17-3 BL) were Berkshire League Tournament runners-up. They had a bye in the first round of the tournament.
The Kangaroos (16-7, 13-7 BL) advanced by knocking off No. 21 Stafford 60-48 in the first round on Monday at Terryville High School.
