In Class M, Peter Wallace is covering No. 16 Northwestern's 7 p.m. home game against No. 17 Ledyard (Eastern Connecticut Conference). The Highlanders last played on Feb. 21, a 49-40 loss to Thomaston in a Berkshire League Tournament semifinal. The Berkshire League Boys Basketball Tournament semifinals are also tonight. Going on right now at Thomaston High School is No. 3 Nonnewaug against No. 2 Gilbert. Correspondent John Nestor is covering the game.
