Northwestern, Housatonic boys play in Berkshire League rematch tonight
The Northwestern and Housatonic boys basketball teams will play for the second time this season tonight in Falls Village. The game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
In the first meeting of the season, the Highlanders ran past the Mountaineers 80-64. Northwestern enters tonight's game with a record of 9-2 overall (8-1 Berkshire League) and is coming off its biggest win of the season, 46-26 over previously undefeated Nonnewaug on Tuesday night. The Highlanders have won five in a row since a 78-77 home loss to crosstown rival Gilbert.
Housatonic comes into the game with a 6-4 record (5-3 BL) and has won its last four games since a 73-69 loss at Nonnewaug. The Mounatineers last played on Tuesday and defeated Thomaston 58-54 on the road.
